Core Team General Contracting Co. LLC was established in 2008 in Al Jubail. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since then the company has grown dramatically in both size and reputation, now eyeing to expand its operations in the Kingdom of Bahrain to cater to major clients in the oil and gas field, construction industry etc. Core Team has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skill, knowledge and experiences in the related field of construction. Over the years, Core Team has diversified In to project management, operations. Metal fabrication, maintenance services, and turn- around shut down services, plant support services, inspections, safety and environment, spare parts management & staffing services to provide complete solution under one roof to our clients. Staffing services specifically includes professionals to oil and gas. Petrochemicals, power, water and industrial sectors.
We have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across all these sectors. We have established our footmark on key service projects executed with major clients such as SABIC, Saudi Aramco, Petro.Rabigh and various multi -national groups like Linde, Posco, Daelim, Technip, Technimont, Pride Arabia, ABB. Technicas Revnidas and many more. We take pride in our entire projects -big or small, for we believe every project has increased our benchmark as well as our client's standards. To prevent construction defects. To ensure work conforms to the contract documents and functional performance requirem ents. To select qualified, quality·oriented subcontractors. To ensure that workmanship required by the contract documents is performed by knowledgeable and sub-contractor craftsmen. To perform timely inspections and tests by CORE TEAM, sub-contractors and third party inspection personnel as defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan. To achieve a zero punch list at substantial completion.
The Quality Assurance System is administrated through written policy, procedures, and instructions. Written instruct ion is provided to cover work, inspection, and test instructions for individual products and services. Quality Records are generated through the implementation of the Quality Assurance System, to provide objective evidence of compliance and to measure the effectiveness of the system
